To qualify for the Human Resource Management Foundation certification, candidates must pass the exam and have at least six months of work experience in HR.

The best preparation for certification exams is practical experience. We recommend six months to two years of experience as an IT Recruiter. We also offer training and materials to help you prepare. After completing your practice exam, you will receive a score report email with high-level feedback to help you understand how you scored on the exam content covered on the practice exam. Answers to the practice exam are not provided to the test taker. You can use the exam guide in conjunction with your score report to help you with your exam preparation.
